Emotional Volatility

I like when you lash out

and say what you really feel

like what you hate most about me 

let me know what the deal is, then.

Because like many of you

I hate people with sticks up their a*s too

And if I appear to have one

it's because you're still on the outskirts

haven't gained access

There are still many gates

that you haven't gotten past yet. 

So if you're frustrated

while standing on the outside

I can sympathize.

But that volatile behavior

will only serve to keep you there.

And keep my boundaries sky high

So think twice before you try to get by

with putting me down.

You're not sly.
