Likeability Politics

As social creatures, to be liked is to promote ones own survival. To be disliked.. well, let's just say it builds character.

If you don't like me, there are several ways to deal with that. 

A very obvious solution being staying out of the way, of course. 

You don't like me, but you're always hoovering around.

Always watching.

Always pouting.

Always shouting. 

And looking for others who will cosign on those negative feelings.

Bring the pitch forks and the torches. 

Start a mob, exert more force then.

Do what you must to get rid of the itch. 

But just be honest about what it truly is. 

You don't like me, I could see it. 

You don't like me, I know it kid. 

I can see it for your grimacing grin

and forced conversation. 

Do yourself a favor

take some space then.
