I care for anyone who comes into my orbit
Even if I don't show it
I'd like you to know this
When I'm on my own
I worry
And I pray
Even if I'm having a bad day
Even if I don't like you everyday
For your well being,
I worry
And I don't want to see anyone get hurt
Or else I'd cry and have to wring out my shirt
For what it's worth
Your life has meaning
Even if I've only known you for a season
Even if I only passed you on the fly
Please trust in this alibi
You have every right to fly
