Firefly

Story of one benign and loving soul.

There was one Firefly,

Happy, courageous and spirit so high,

She always tried her best to shine bright in the dark and lonely sky,

She knew, seeing her glow many people get hopeful, happy and take a contentful sigh,

But, battling the storm and thunder, she felt horrified,

She was taught that everyone has to fight their own battle to win the glory, and magnify,

Yet today, she felt weak, meek and tired and felt like she couldn’t fly,

Later, she saw somebody with a sad face and painful sigh,

She gathered herself again to reach out that human and leave him with happy sigh,

She went near to him, sat on his lap; glowing beautifully just to again make him a happy guy,

He saw her for a little while and took her in his palm and displayed a little happy sigh,

She stayed there for a little while to accompany that sad fellow and help him to wipe his tears when he cry,

Later, he smiled at her and ask her to never leave his side,

She agreed and said she will always be there for everyone till the day she die.
