A Poem by Digvijay Singh

I hear the closing tones of your laughter, still.

Blue sky through the net of violet silk scarf

Also the Sound of your footsteps walking away

Door lay silent and open in wait of your aroma

The skin misses the warmth of yours.

Not a single flower has bloomed in the

garden since the december of our love.

Where should i go to not be near you?

I don't know.

Excellent imagery to suggest the sweetly haunting quality of missing someone. Line 2 is a great piece of imagination . . . I can see it. "Not a single flower has bloomed" . . . strong analogy to show how barren is the place where beautiful things used to grow (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Absolutely adored this. Last two lines did an incredible job at lacing together the memories, moods and metaphor into an almost universal rhetoric. Beautifully written and beautifully matched with its artwork.
