A Child's Tear

Sky and mountain of granite and black,
Waves of light, penetrating attack.
Leafs carpeting, red and orange the ground,
Snow of white, falling all around.
Dogs left of the shack of wood and pink,
Mouth dry and heavy, needing a drink.
Shy child screaming to be identified,
Active youngin evading the feelings that died.
Youth is a happy stimulant for the hapless junkie,
Death is a pointless fear when you have the Brass Monkey.
Ink stains seep deeper than blood,
Backs covered in sun-dried mud.
Love is a post-war dream for the mindless drones,
Envy a reality for those without a home.

A child's tears fall on deaf ears,
They make her bitter beyond her years.
The boy of destiny, crawling for air,
Searching for a love that is already there.
Souls tragically aligned by the stars to be crossed,
But somehow the sands of time have found them lost.
The lines of communication were lost in the breeze,
But they were reconnected altogether with ease.
Serendipitous prima donnas dancing like little madonnas,
Before too long, they all were gone with the dawn.
Life is simpler, without the hassles of responsibilities,
But a simple life isn't worth the living facilities.
A child's tear falls down virgin cheeks,
The eye ducts must have sprung a leak.

Great vision create by the powerful poetry. I like the repetition. Gave life and strength to the poem. I like the many strong statements in the poem.
