Eyes

Eyes

A Poem by D. L. Vaccaro

Eyes deceive, and eyes disguise.
Eyes see, and eyes don't know.
Eyes look, and eyes penetrate,
Eyes can kill, and eyes can lie.
Let me See your eyes.

Eyes cry, and eyes really try,
Eyes look up, Eyes wonder why.
Eyes are tears, eyes are fears.
Eyes can laugh, and Eyes can smile.
Let me look into your eyes.

Eyes kiss, and eyes can fly.
Eyes can slip, and eyes can slide.
Eyes look over, Eyes look in.
Eyes are green, your eyes are mine.
Let me die in your eyes.

Great use of words. I like the use of eyes to create thoughts and the very good ending to the poem. Thank you for the outstanding poetry.
