The world and his wife

The world and his wife

A Poem by Dianah
"

Through rough poetic seas She will sail through this life Like a pirate stealing thoughts From the World and his wife.

"

FROM THE WORLD AND HIS WIFE

Once worn freely on her sleeve
This heart she locked away
A prisoner in her rib cage
Until her dying day.

Until her dying day
Until these words are free
To roam  new universes
Through rough poetic seas.

Through rough poetic seas
She will sail through this life
Like a pirate stealing thoughts
From the World and his wife.

From the world and his wife
The umbilical cord torn
From the world and his wife
Another writer born.

About
I write , mainly poetry, about anything and everything. I have written song lyrics and seem to be addicted to rhyming. I hate writing blurbs for blogs as I never know what to say... I often confuse.. more..
