inspired by Sylvia Plath

There is a moon hanging
in a  black sky dying
for a break on the horizon.

There is a crow hiding
in the wings waiting
to be a silhouette at sunrise.

There is a dream dancing
through a broken night reflecting
as the morning dew gathers.

There is a song riding
on the dawn chorus cracking
the silent code of night.

There is a life emptied
lost in misty mornings hoping
to be filled every day.

First off I am going to say Sylvia Plath is one of the greatest poets of all time. I recomend you read her poem Lady Lazarus if you havn't already that is. She had written it right before she commited suicide in 1963. It is my fave of hers.
Now to your poem. I see how Sylvia Plath must off influenced. It is very well written and I belive you have the makings of a great writer. This was a great write.
