LOVERS LEAP

Steel coated armour plated

Cold hearted lovers fated.

Residue rusts in forgotten layers

Answers found to wayward prayers.

Whirling dervishes and spinning tops

Spin the bottle, make it stop.

Twisted minds unravel truths

Treasures lost in misspent youths.

Dark matter collides in cyberspace

As particles split, fear loves this place.

Punctured souls blown out of proportion

Molecules explode, enter with caution.

Fill fractured cracks in holey hearts

Mend worn out souls, fix fragile parts.

Entwined like ivy in their sleep.

Dive into dreams, the lovers leap.
