Mirror and me

Mirror and me

A Poem by Courtney Brunwasser
"

just how I feel at times

"
Looking in the mirror,
I can't tell what I see

Looking in the Mirror,
A stranger stares back at me.

Looking in the mirror,
A demon with my face.

Looking in the Mirror,
I am forced to give up my place.

Looking in the mirror,
begging people to see,
but will anyone ever be able to
see the real me ?

Makes me ask if the person in the mirror is seeing themselves honestly.

It's an interesting poem. It made me think.

Thanks for sharing.
