Dark Knight ( A Dream? )

A vivid dream a while back, or was it a sign that my life was about to make a significant change ?

Running away from the darkness, 

Evil chasing my fears,

Using desperate measures to ensure my safety.

A Dark Knight rides through the shadows towards me,

to protect me.

He shows no signs of fear..

Could it be that he is fear himself ? 

No expression, No Sound.

Just a Dark Shadow sitting calmly on a horse,

anticipating a fight to the death,

I sit silently against a cold tree in the shadows, 

as if to be hidden from the fear that was once chasing me.

Steam rises from the damp ground as if it is reaching for the skies above.

I feel the darkness closing in as the horse grows uneasy.

The Dark Knight shows signs that he is ready for anything, 

and as quickly as the darkness came, it flowed through and 

disappeared.

After a deep passionate stare between the Dark Knight and I,

he rides away and the fear is gone..Taken away by the Dark Knight.
