Observations

Observations

A Poem by Ellen Randall
"

A short poem I wrote on my typewriter while feeling anxious, it best expresses my thoughts at the time.

"
Hard nails scratch against soft skin,
Loose hair pulled back tightly with elastic,
A cold body bathes in warm waters,
Screams fill the head of the silent,
And anxiety weakens the heart of a lion.
