SimilaritiesA Poem by DiamondNRough AKA Patty Rase HopsonWe spent all week comparing our similarities.
It's amazing the number of similarities. Some we would like to ignore, but many we are proud to have explored.
Then I look at our children and I see the same.
We both have beautiful girls, a Princess and one in training. Not dressed in party dresses, but swinging rackets in their Nike Dresses or galloping along the trails on their favorite horses.
Our boys almost from the same mold. Both so athletic and most likely engineers in training. Wanting to be just like Dad, with golf bags, and even racket and fishing poles in hands.
The similarities are way too many.
The week was full of great memories, our children will now have. Memories of true loving family, they will always have and will always cherish.
It was the Best Vacation we have ever had!
