Uprising

Uprising

A Poem by DhaVerd

I'm stuck in reality, amongst a judgmental society.
I try and rise above.
Reach the surface from drowning in this crowd.
Try to make a difference but my words are not heard so loud.
I despise this world I've found.
Don't get me started of this town.
Each time I fall I just rebound, I'm beginning to clench from every sound.
I'm tired of being so down.
So this time when I rebound from when you had me tumbling down, I'm picking back up my f****n' crown.
I'm no longer your clown, it's time I've come around and see how you like getting pound.
As you're shocked in wow, remember my smite!
Remember the final fight, the day the loner- the day the composer of misery and agony gained back his crown.
