My Persistent Love

A Poem describing a part of my past

Silent hearts,

Unsure heads,

Like fire darts,

restlessness spreads.

 

Fear of losing,

What was already lost,

hanging on tight,

Don't matter the cost.

 

Cliché it may be,

The words I write.

But that's how it feels

When the protected I fight.

 

Anger and hate,

Feels like my fate.

At this rate,

my heart will fade.

Wondering if my path is right.

Wondering if its worth the fight.

 

Conclusions remains for me the same

I'll keep fighting for you... Through fire and flame.
