TOF: The Lot

TOF: The Lot

A Train of Thought Poem

"
He wanders the empty noise.
Cars driving by, a man alone in a car waiting for no one to stop by.
a chair underneath, keeping his pain upright.
A bug lands on him. it walks up and down.
He makes it take flight, to lead the rest of its life.

The gentleman in his car looks around. He is clearly getting impatient.
Our protagonish feels the weave sink his gravity down upon it.

To the right, a lady in red disapears into her phone.

If I were to stay here, I would be staying in the past.
To go home would be to fall further down.
Time is a bunch of circles
The Only way it stops is to run.
I was young once,
when did I stop?

Enjoying the chock full emblematic images on the first stanza. And with time being a 'bunch of circles' stuff could very well come back again. Running away from these circles is like Indiana Jones being chased by that infamous boulder. Really enjoyed this. Thank you for sharing. /Frederick.
