moonlit black

In the moonlight  to shadow the dance  

A time unworthy to be givin a chance  

I dance in circles forward and back 

Eyes closed moonlit black-

 

Thick the air and thick the tension  

F**k the lack of comprehension 

Just another dream that's out of reach

Pardon the words that utter my speech

 

A whisper to speak to spout to scream 

Shake me awake me from this dream 

Dance this dream in the moonlit skies 

Over the hills the sun will rise 

 

But I've danced the dance on no foundation 

Danced the destination to desolation 

Quite sometime to be struck by illusion 

Only one and that was then to this conclusion 

 

So when I look to the skies to dance the night 

It was always you with that flame to ignite 

Light my path I'll dance to the end 

This time was never meant to comprehend 

 

Even in death your love is sweet 

My heart with blood it bleeds to beat 

Similar the words another heart does pour 

But my words to he the heart does bore 

 

A soul I guess with no connection 

In word I dance the wrong direction

So dance with me my love in the skies

To wipe the tears from the hurt that cries

 

Still I breath and still the heart it's alive

To bleed with the blood that lets it survive

To dance the dance in the moonlit sky

The heart it screams as it waves goodbye
