Let love surround

It’s my first poem, please be mindful when reviewing <3

In shadows deep, where darkness weaves, 

A soul entangled, where sorrow grieves.

A weight so heavy, burdened heart,

In the symphony of a pain, a silent part.

Through the echos of a somber mind, 

Whispers despair, in silence bind.

A dance with shadows, the soul oppressed,

In a labyrinth of thoughts, a weary quest.

the world may seem a muted hue, 

As storm clouds gather, emotions accrue.

Yet, within the tempest, a flicker grows, 

A resilient spirit, admits the throes. 

Seek the solace in the starlit night, 

Where the moon embraces, soft and bright. 

Through the darkness, find a guiding song, 

A melody of hope, in the silence long. 

For in the deepest wells of despair,

There’s a strength to rise, to breathe fresh air.

Embrace the warmth that light can lend, 

In every chapter let healing mend. 

Reach out to others, let love surround,

Break free of the chains that held you bound.

In the tapestry of life, a thread anew, 

For every dawn brings a chance to renew.

Wonderful poem 💖
I hope this is the first of many. Writing is so many things. To pin down its origins are impossible. Because our inspirations are endless. I think (for me) a good word to use is compulsion. I write ✍️ because I simply must. So, grap your instrument of choice and keep'm come in.
