This is the first poem of my first published book, 'DSS-The Enigma'. You can get it by googling the name. You can watch the poem too on the YouTube channel- youtube.com/c/theshekharbrothers
1.Messages of love, joy and happiness
it is bringing.
Day or night, it doesn’t matter,
doorbells of houses are ringing.
For it brings the letters from all
around the world.
4.It is unstoppable and brings the wishes
of Christmas and Easter.
In the midnight, it’s carrying some gift
from a boy to his sister.
For it brings the letters from all
around the world.
7.It delivers letters from early morning
till late night on the rail.
The herald,
I’m talking about is nothing
else but the Night Mail.
For it brings the letters from all
around the world.

This reminds of how mail, like money, travels around the world. This poem reminded me of that. It reminded me, also, how like mail we each have a message and that too can travel and touch others. Whether fingertips away or days, it's the thought that keeps a spark alive. This was interesting. Great read.

It is a courage, it is something more then that we can think of.
You have got a simplicity to your style, and it suits your choice of subject. The description is beautiful, and it does not feel heavy at any point- really necessary to keep the reader interested. Good going.
It seems like "mail" is becoming obsolete (doing everything online), so it's good to remind us with a poem. In this country, the US Postal Service is more involved in delivering packages these days . . . people shopping online while stores fail left & right. Not many letters ever come in the mail. I remember when it was a very big deal to find a letter from someone (not a bill) in the mailbox. You've captured that distant memory for me (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
Dev, most of our mail is advertisements. But I do enjoy receiving personal cards and letters from people.
Letter writing in the past was a great endeavor of many people's time. That all is lost now to the so-called 'social media.' Staying in touch now means staying connected by cyber-waves. I probably sound like an old man . . . I am! Thanks for the poem.

Today, people always get engaged in conversation with others on social media. That's why they dont know the taste of writing and receiving letters from their loved ones.

You are right, 'everything is everywhere now', consequently people are forgetting that love.
