A Very Unlikely Event

Chapter 2

Thanks to a surprising incident involving a piece of string, the US congress and a happy little badger named Norbit, the two pathetic lifeforms found themselves sane, alive and in Arkham Manor again.

 

“I say Narrator, that was a jolly lucky series of unlikely events”

“Yes” replied the Narrator

“That really was a complete a*s pull”

 

The two fleshy ape-men cautiously climbed the dusty old staircase in the centre of the manor’s grand hall in search of The Mighty Cthulu and their first-person narrative.

“He’s completely wasting it. He’s talking about himself in third person in a first-freakin’-person narrative.” the puny protagonist said to the Narrator

“I say old boy, come over here, I think I’ve found something” the Narrator yelled over to his pathetic “friend”

The tiny human protagonist made his way over to the suddenly British narrator and gazed upon his finding.

“By jove, I thought it was just a legend, I never knew it was true”

“Well it is old boy, it is and we found it”
