Like all the other boysA Poem by Unspoken ThoughtsA poem about playing with fire, and crashingHe is like all the other boys. He would hold my hand, make my hands sweaty. You see boys that make your heart race. Are commonly poison to one's mind Oh but he warned me stay away. He would only break me to pieces then throw me away. But he said this knowing well i was a lonely girl. He knew he could play me, so he did. He had his fun, took my kisses Fed me lies like they were the very essence keeping me alive. I knew what he was doing, i wanted to touch the flames, Feel the burn i was curious to see how much it could hurt. My fingertips crusted at the ends. My body shook, the wave was violent. I suffocated slowly. He looks at me. He knows he hurt me, yet when I want the pain to end he decides to show no mercy. Stop I want to scream don’t tell me about the new victim to your game. I cover my ears, he keeps talking. Pursuing, touching me. He knows I have no boundaries. He knows I won’t leave. I want to be destroyed. I was destroyed. He left. © 2016 Unspoken ThoughtsAuthor's Note
