Prologue: Where do you place?

You see every so often of those who's mind are not wired correctly or poorly raised by those who are called parents... creating individuals or offsprings to have major behavior issues and/or Oppositional Defiance Disorder a.k.a. ODD. Children and teens with ODD are very very dangerous individuals like a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.

It's always in the news of a young kid taking a weapon in the put their classmates or teachers in danger or killing them; or teenagers freaking out on a device away by a teacher or someone of authority and going off to the point of beating the person who has their device a limb of their life.

When these events happen around young children the parents are not around to prevent the danger or failed to make sure the dangerous weapon was properly secured and not a spinning lock, code number or key- since obviously that kid figured it out by sneakily watching or timed a moment to take the key to the safe and get in and get it and hide it away; all while making sure the key is put back in the "safe" place that shouldn't have been easily found by a child. Which goes to show how lax and lack security measure when there is something dangerous in their house with children; especially children with major dangerous behavior issues. It's easier for these parents to lie and say it was secure, instead of admitting they failed to secure the item in the safe. It's not hard to get a safe with finger print scan. That be the best deterrent; but yet a safe and parents failing with safe is not the reason I spin this tale.

I pose this question...what would happen if there was a program for those who end up exploding and hurting others and parents are not taking responsibility, despite their child - whether a kid or teen has done these crime and atrocities to society? Well I have seen this program and how it runs. I think it's time to show you the dirty truth. Yet as dirty it helps some to be functional, while others are on a higher level are used for special tasks, almost like that show Doll House. Becoming something else, a warrior with sheer violent energy like an atomic bomb. One where they can take these dangerous beings and take down other dangerous targets. Look at of it as turning something dangerous from American society to "weaponize" it per se.

Though who benefits in the end? How about you be the judge of that, looking through the lens of different individuals in Fallon, Nevada, USA. A place of Armed Forces and perfect somewhat spaced out dwelling of living away from most other beings, and Armed Forces always have their little secrets; what's another secret added on?
