Dissilience

A thought stuck in my head based on personal experience and seeing in the news of children and teens who have hurt those that are teachers or "parent"...if there was an organization for those with Oppositional Defiance Disorder or Dangerous Behavior Issues would go and would these individuals find a resolution to be safe to society again, or too far gone and to become a secret weapon fighting unit. Here is me exploring this thought in a story.
