Bloody Tales

Bloody Tales

A Poem by Madison
"

Ask no questions, if the truth will terrify you.

"

Guilt eats up my body,
Shame consumes me in droves.
My sleeves in conspiracy with my arms,
Hiding a world of damage
A world of constant deceit.
My skin my release,
My very own drawing board.
I know no limits,
No depth is prohibited.
Press into my skin a little deeper,
Cold blade meeting warm blood.
Tell me your tales,
And I will show you mine.

ah, the repentant warrior. having seen the toll his dark deeds have done to his enemy, the only option is to take his own life, rather than live with memories that will haunt him for years. "My sleeves in conspiracy with my arms," Yes, how often our subconscious hides our true motives from our waking eyes. may we all be so lucky.
