Gentle Warrior

Gentle Warrior

A Poem by Madison
"

Having a true friend is a blessing in life that I wish upon everyone. I don't know what I would do without the people I call friends in this life.

"

Always there,

Sharing my laughter

My pain.

Ready to help carry,

Burdens too large.

Prepared to despise

My enemies,

Making any comment to

Bring that smile to my face,

And erase the trouble from my eyes.

Beautiful Friend,

You have carried me farther

Than you will ever know.

Being my strength

When I'm too weak.

My comfort,

When Im lost

My security,

In this world,

That offer's no protection.
