They say you should have your life together

knowing which road you'll take 

always adding pressure to be successful,
stating their judgments to every failure

do I really have to follow their rules?

Here you stand holding on to a blank page

in search for the right path to take
trying to stay true to yourself
but their hate only pushes you away.

to figure your life out,

burns through your skin
