I'm standing here watching you fall

I ran after you to catch you,

but your eyes gave me a blank look

that sent shivers down my spine.

I wonder why, you seem so quiet

I tried so hard to keep you on your feet,

but the more I tried, it seems I'm wasting my time.

Your silence, worries me

sends me spiraling down into confusion.
