Puzzle of Life

As all the years pass me by 
the feeling of regret overcasts my heart,

and all the things I have never done
leaves an empty space within me.

I need to search for the light

find my path and find where I belong

my destination a road I yet need to explore.

I'll reach out out of my comfort zone

leaving all my doubts and regrets behind

only taking with me all the lessons learned

all the joy, pain, mistakes and remorse
will be sow together, creating my destiny.

All the broken pieces of my life

becomes a puzzle to start anew

because all the pieces

were not creating a road I can take

all the broken pieces 

will be mended creating the right path

facing forward I ran towards my future

hoping to start all over again.

Nothing seems to change

but I'm still trying to figure out

and mend the pieces of this puzzle

with new adventures and lessons learned

even if I can't see what's to come

I will keep moving forward 

to put my pieces together

to create a brighter future.

I don't know what went wrong

even thought I been here before

and all this confusion trying to blind me

I'll fight through this strange war
and break through
