Trying to be someone I don’t know

Just to make you happy and proud of your girl
This relationship is nothing but a show
being untrue to myself is a real burden

Now I have become undone

Thought you’ll always be there

The tables had turned
our pictures had burned
what we had, our relationship, is a lie
and the only thing that’s left is a broken smile
