Tango

Tango

A Poem by Desmund Tiny
"

Tango portrays the desire and passion into obsession, Suspicion and jealousy into violent actions, anger and betrayal into broken trust. If there's no trust to each other there's no love.

"

You fill my heart with pure desire
you put both my heart and soul in fire
You hold me so tight, all I can feel is the passion
And now you are my greatest obsession

Your charms drives everyone mad
You gave your love to the night
You don’t even care whether it is good or bad
You just walk there in the red light

my suspicions lead to my violent actions
Causing me to lose all your attractions
The grim in my heart becomes bigger
as you replaced me with another

I trusted you wholeheartedly

Your attention to be mine only, that’s all I need
But now you have just betrayed me

your flirtatious act makes my wounds bleed

you gave yourself to others which I can’t stand
you let her hands upon your hands
Your soft lips caressing her skin
you do everything you want even if it is a sin

Can’t you hear my heart cries?
this jealousy I feel, I can no longer hide
I was a fool for always believing
when your love is all about deceiving

This poem's main appealing aspect was its sad and touching story's presentation in a spicy form of tango. Very beautiful and wonderful execution of your creation. Well Done!!!!!!!!
The change of feelings your words displayed amazed me the most.
In beginning they showed love..... soon, it changed into regret ... then into plead.... then very artistically into jealousy .... and in the end betrayal.
Superb work with expressions and rhythm.
Good Job.

You have seemed to have went throught he scenes of a relationship...The desire, The lust, Then you move to the breakup, the jelously.. I like it! the flow is kind of lacking and it takes away from the message, but all in all good job (:

Powerful and intense just like an argentinian tango...the betrayal, the heartache so perfectly captured...we do end up thinking about the...
"Her hands upon your hands
Your lips caressing her skin"
and sure it hurts bad...excellent poem :)
