Who are you, Who am I?

Who are you, Who am I?

A Poem by Moonflower

And I'm just wondering

about the Fall of Man

The inevitable demise

of everything that has been

Degrading and desolate

What does it say in the manuscripts?

Ancient and Decrepit

We're all going to die,

yes, they tell of our demise

Oh God, We're all going to die!

And I'm just wondering

about the state of Mankind

The way they suck in their breath

and seal all their eyes

The way they push through the soil,

and cry out their demise

The way they wringe their hands,

so afraid that they die

they die

they die

And what you call God,

he doesn't have any eyes

He lives in a realm

with no body/ no lies

And you poor little children, he is too far

to hear your cries

And you never listened to the messages,

you are deprived,

Depraved,

its too late to be saved,

Because the only thing

that can save you is yourselves

and you are too stupid,

you're waiting for someone else

...God? No!

Oh God, No!

Although i don't completely agree with the actual context of the poem i cannot deny the quality and the power in which you deliver your message. Great Job

this draws the light to that focal point where everything begins - the self and in that beginning , the end - of blame - of excuses ...

I'm Native American. If you read their belief. We must live in peace with nature. She give us water, air and food. Why would you destroy your life blood? Native American question white man desire to destroy all that is beautiful. Where you live and Ohio was once great trees and forest. Look at Ohio? I believe death will be hard and slow for man kind. When you poison the ocean and the sky. Sickness will come with no cures.

We must save our selves. Or be as foolish as our parent and destroy what we must have to live and breath. A outstanding poem. Real war should be protecting the earth, sky and the water. Not trying to kill each other.
