A Poem by Moonflower

Her breath is like
ashes
...singing...
on the edge
of her acolyte thoughts

She finds redemption in
those moon lit skies
When the trees cry out
to the stars
in a luminescent silence

He whispers to her on the wind....

Sighing with the pale
dimming of the fire flies
her heart flutters
as she falls to the ground

Once again strong images resonate from your creative use of language... 'breath like ashes' conjures up strong visuals, as does the entire piece. Nicely done...
