Mild TrepidationA Poem by MoonflowerI was never one to step to easily out of my thoughts And you were never one to congregate
All I ever wanted was some conversat-ion
I was never one to hide behind the lie But you were never there To hold me if I cried
Then again, I didn't let my tears become the tide The unflinching attitude of grim solace is what has been known as mine
Don't let me manipulate you into thinking that I'm right
Don't let me confiscate everything you believe tonight
