Time stood still

Time stood still

A Poem by Moonflower

Across stale waters and

trembling seas

From brittle coasts and

climbing beasts

Through darkness and the

rivers wind

Implored throughout the

wane of time

No one is here to watch

them fall

No one is here, no one

at all

Emptied clouds and sordent rains

Buried cities with rusted chains

While the moon shines harsh and high

With broken hearts and thundered skies

Across the deserted lands of woe

within the caves with no echoes

No one is here, No one at all

No one was here to watch them fall

And so blood dries and

buildings fall

No one was here

No one at all

Love the repitition and the imagery you create. This is a great poem. The way I interpret this poem is that its about loneliness. Anyway great job.
