The Lady Of The LakeA Poem by Alyssa
Locks of crimson, and black as coal.
Fair and bright, all behold. Senses all, from dusk till dawn. Softly floating, with a haunting song. She'll draw you there, and hold you tight. Spinning and weaving, Cunning tales of love and night. Gliding along, she'll bring you there. Among meadows and earth, and thick warm air. Across she walks, in rippling depths of blue. You'll wind up, a rather promiscuous view. She'll bind you there, never can you leave. One with all, her magic's weave. A watchful song, an enveloping haze. Beware, the Lady of the lake. Alyssa Gandolfi © 2008 AlyssaReviews
