An Angel Fallen From Grace

An Angel Fallen From Grace

A Poem by Alyssa

Discard this shell, this pale veil.
Toss voices of innocence, follow this viperous trail.
This crimson voice, long hidden and suppressed,
Righteous voices he has so greedily divest.
New feelings of love, lust and fidelity thrust upon this young soul.
Emotion, agression and jealousy; must learn control.
This blinding love, her only comfort found;
This sacrifice, to her love she is forever bound.
Extinguished the pure light has been,
Divulge this humanity, full of sin.
With her love at her side,
She'll embrace this new place.
What lay in store, for an Angel fallen from Grace?
