Wishing You Were Here ...

Wishing You Were Here ...

A Poem by Desert Knave
"

... isn't working, dear

"
Wishing you were here
Isn't working, dear
And the witching board
Did nothing, I fear

The rune-spells I tried
Just left me cross-eyed
And Psychic Elaine
Most certainly lied

I'll try some potions
Some Wiccan notions
And when the moon's full
Beg of the ocean

As wishing you here
Isn't working, dear
