I'm,
leaving all memories behind,
because they break my heart.
Not more than you though,
You, my love, broke me.


Wounds heal with time they say,
How will mine heal if I keep reopening them.
gazing into a distant thought of an us,
then coming back without creating much fuss.


not saying we would have been perfect together,
but now I cease to find love in any other.
You reminded me of a saying quite old,
Well I think they were right,
All that glitters is not gold.

They broke my heart and call me heartless, isn't like that?
If you see there's a pleasure in scratch opening some almost healed wounds. And there's immense pain in even touching some wounds. Love that we leave on our own will wisely provides soothing days and for other cases.. the painful wounds.
Now there will be a heartbreak and expecting that won't hurt is baseless.
