Spur Of The Moment PoetA Poem by A LaDy NaMeD D*i think* i wrote this a year ago...might've been two.
Coffee stained pages
with lipstick smuges written with a broken piece of tarred black charcol eyes set on perfecting something that can't be perfected sour smell of the breath after just waking up more sour than the night before smile so fake, yet even we can't tell it paints a picture of words unheard words that were uttereing softly from those lips the eyes old and tired losing the once burning fire those smiling lips slowly frowing upon the page in a notebook... the life of a spur of the moment poet trying hard to meet a deadline once true to words is so unfulfilled. © 2008 A LaDy NaMeD DFeatured Review
