My muse pt 1

My muse pt 1

A Poem by A LaDy NaMeD D
"

ahem, lately i've been feeling like i should write something not me. So here you are.

"

Silly You,

who inspires me not by words

or even actions

but by simply being here

i can just take one look

upon your face

and inspired i am

words that cascade upon me

like a waterfall

thoughts, that my pen

viciously writes

how then,

will i feel upon the realization

that you don't even exist?

Is a fine line, muses maybe don't exist but they can have as much power as aperson , sometimes more .
I'm taking muse to mean Image, idea, that compels ...
This was quirky and fun to read, nicely done.
Love the open
"Silly You" meaning the muse or the author for having one ...

Ha! I love this Danni -- and oh but she does exist -- (or he)
see .... I'm writing about her this moment, and you've written
because of her many times. She exists my dear .... believe that!

Loved this! Great job!

Very nice job defining inspiration as communicated by the muse, and the pondering confliction of
what truth is as seen through indivisual perception, allowing the reader to draw conclusion based

upon one's own experience, there is a nice depth to this writing, which in turn allows the heart
to contemplate the many facets of what drives, motivates the pen to create and for what reason,

I really thought the flow stood out, and has a great lyrical quality to the rhythm, nice beat.
the passionate meaning defines itself through realization when rendering to certain cause.
Take Care, Mike

Wow. That was awsome. I felt the same way when I found out Bob wasn't real. They say he was just imaginary, but they lied! I still love you Bob! Please come back!!!! (Ahem!) Anyway, nice poem.

Wow! A really good read, especially because I love anything to do wih Greek mythology, and the Muses are one of my favourites. Who knows? Maybe Calliope, the Muse of Epic poetry, inspired you to write this. Hehe.
Well done! You really got the poem flowing well as if its just pouring out of you, like magic pouring out of the muse's finger into your soul. :)
