Celestial Lover (reprise)

Celestial Lover (reprise)

A Poem by Dennis Shanaberg

Her eyes captivate at first sight,

And her laugh calls out the sun.

Her smile glows in crescent light,

And that look is matched by none.

She beckons forth in siren song

To the tune of heaven’s orchestra.

Her beauty shared by none above,

Like no thing on earth I ever saw.

To be with her now,

To wrap her in such tired arms.

To have her to myself tonight,

To kiss her in impassioned bliss.

As all the world cries out,

For this love,

As none have felt so strong as this.
