Infatuated obsessions, I long for the smile,

I long for the light in your eyes I cannot find within mine.

Meaningless possessions, I won't bother with denial,

you're the only reason left to bother with life's fine.

I fear more and more, as your light seems to fade away,

Suffocating under the inescapable enemy,
