Kiss Of The Night

A shrill cry echoes through the open night.

 

Moments before?

Soft, lingering lips blossemed atop mine.

Hands moved in my hair and down my back.

 

"But Oh Love!

As the sweet dawn breaks,

I must not be awake...

Goodbye, My love."

 

As the sun rises overhead,

I let go of your creamy pale shoulders.

And look at your chest,

in that luscious black dress.

 

"I'll return in the 'morrow,

at sunset we shall scour!"

I say,

wating her woe.

 

Oh...

My sweet doe.

 

You shall have to sit tight,

for it wilst be alright..

 

Tonight.

Tonight..

 

I shall give you the kiss of the night.
