Dead Men Tell No Tales

Dead Men Tell No Tales

A Poem by Succubi
"

Its kind of hypocritical in a way, but I am a master in the art of deception and I love writing about how you can decieve some one in the most cruel and uncanny way...This poem was intented for that, and also to strike a little fear in peoples hearts when

"

An old, winding road called betrayal

Leads to the end of this ancient path

Where billions of souls have suffered and died

Searching for salvation and some form of paradise

Upon this dirt exit

Your worst nightmares

Come to life

To take away everything

Leaving you as nothing

But a pile of bones

I know we want to leave

But there's too much too leave behind

The only thing that is keeping the trigger

From being untouched

Is the reason why you live this life

But when that reason is gone

There is nothing left that is worth holding on

Deception and betrayal

Are the deadliest sins

That will hold you captive

With no escape

Either they will take your life

Or you'll pull the plug yourself

Time will punish you with death and strife

For that you sold your soul to the devil;

When you spoke those final words

It is promised through the ages

Nothing comes in, and nothing leaves

We are sworn to secrecy

And it is our oath and our vow

Wickedness comes with bitterness

And we are bitter

But we held our promises

And we shall keep them

Along with our darkest secrets

So tonight, its time for you to say goodbye

To yourself and to your life

For that I know your guilt burns you inside

Hell is grasping for your soul

And when you insert that bullet

It shall grip total control

Dead men shall tell no tales

Your suicide is our joyful revival

You know we wanted you

And there you stood

In frozen fear

With no way out, but yourself

In the end, you left yourself in a pool of blood

And there we walked with our hearts wicked

But our souls clean and unforgiven

Still refined and pure to walk through the gates of heaven

For that we are the masters of deception

Very nice work here ! Although you say that you are a master of deception , i think that you know all too well the pains that deception generate in the lives of all involved. To go through life this way is a lonely existence that i would not wish upon anyone. I personally don't understand why anyone would choose to go through life this way when the alternative is so much more gratifying.

these lines should echo in the heads of all who think that deception is an acceptable behavior. Many Kudos.
