Wavering Words

Wavering Words

A Poem by Nyssa Nyx
"

Words I wish to say...

"

Words, words

Words I wish to say

They’re always swimming through my mind

Haunting my thoughts every day

A golden bell tolls in the distance

Causing the boat of dreams to sway

My stuttering murmurs ripple the water

As we drift from logic bay

But words cannot save us now

As I peer into the water you lay

The oars of wishes are swept into the waves

And moonlight beckons to steal you away

Once again you’re stolen from me

Torn into a vicious, battering fray

Though you’ll now travel to a world of peace

And your harrowing price I promise to pay

Eternally I’ll remain in this wooden cage

Until my mind and body decay

And my echoes will dance across the waters

Words, words

Words I wish to say

Hey guys

So I literally just wrote this while sitting in a warm bath
After about 5 months of writer's bleck
So I hope it doesn't suck too badly, lol

It's not about anything in particular, so feel free to figure the meaning as you wish~
