Room 2-B

Room 2-B

A Poem by Deidara

I saw her first in room 2-B.

There she sat inside room 2-B.

Two rows ahead in room 2-B.

The only one that I could see.

I watched her from afar in room 2-B.

She often smiled at me in room 2-B.

She laughed a lot in room 2-B.

But did she ever notice me?

She was the center of attention in room 2-B.

They fought for her affection in room 2-B.

She drew them toward herself in room 2-B.

A whirlpool engulfing them all at sea.

One calm, cloudy day she approached me.

A message in hand she handed to me.

Apprehensive fear was rising in me.

A once calm ocean now a turbulent sea.

Yet I did not back down and I swallowed my fear;

As I smiled up at her and my heart filled with cheer.
