life of a poet.

life of a poet.

A Poem by A.M. Nelson

there's a dead man sprawled on the river bed.

soaking in the scene;

small oppurtunity afforded me,

i fish his pockets for a pen.

found one, cool. i resume my travels;

searching for the words to go with the ink.
