Survive This

Survive This

A Poem by Dee

I'll survive this on my own
Even though I'm throwing in the towel
I've been through hell and back
But I've also done it alone so many times
It's nothing new, I've heard every lie

I've fought through everything
When no one gave a s**t
Even when I thought the people of religion
Would have my back
I got fucked over
You expect the money plate full
Other wise I'm just a number
And I've realized you don't care at all.

I'm so done just done with the bullshit
I can't handle the roller coaster emotions
I'm just done with all of it
I'll fight through it

You have me pegged all wrong
You desperately want to believe
To survive I need someone
But that's so far from the truth
Because I got to know all of you
The ones I want to ax from my life
Because you like to crush the dreams
of the ones who know it's wise to leave you behind
