The fire within

Our heart chases a mirage of love but still,

In this endless hell, to love is not a sin

The path is withered and lost in dark

But somewhere there is a fire within.

 

What is that which binds us strong?

With the unsolved relations that we glean

Our heart that burns and leaves no scars

That burns in the fire within.

 

We are all a dazzling light

Like a star or something akin!

But to smile with tears behind the lids

Re-kindle the fire within.
